We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Janet Merrill Carlton (West Point, Virginia), born in Noblesville, Indiana. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Humbles and Kathryn Humbles; her husband Robert Shelton Carlton; her stepchildren, R. Wayne Carlton and Judith Jenkins; her stepgrandson William L Stout, III; and her grandson James F. Asbury.
She is survived by: her brother Gail Humbles of Georgia; and her daughters, Eleanor Morrow (Chuck) of South Carolina, Dianne Farley (Tim) and Lilean Asbury (David) of Williamsburg, VA. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, including step grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
