She is survived by: her children, Donna Fudala, Gregg Fudala and Jeff Fudala (Sue); her grandchildren, Brandon Fudala (Sarah), Matt Marquardt (Austin), Jeffrey Fudala (Tracy), Kaddie Marquardt and Caroline Fudala; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Claire, Maddie and Charlotte Fudala; her brother John Gintout (Barbara); her sister-in-law Theresa Liverman; and her son-in-law Pete Marquardt.
And a very heartful thanks to our friends and family for your love and support during Mom's struggle with Alzheimer's.
