He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Wesley Rowley of Green Valley, Arizona and Rebecca Lee Rowley of Watertown, Massachusetts; his brother-in-law Bret Breneman of West Point, Virginia; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Ernst Modera of Geneva, Yvonne DiMattea of Jacksonville, Florida, Suzanne Kraus of West Point, Virginia, Julian Breneman, Thailand, Melissa Cleaver of Omaha, Nebraska, Aaron Kreader of Evanston, Illinois, Jeannette Krogstead of Mountain View, California and John Rowley of Santa Cruz, California..
