It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Everett Leon Carter of West Point, Virginia, who passed away on July 2, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Carter and Alice Carter; and his siblings, Marie Taylor and Wayne Carter. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Carter; his children, Kim Brizendine (Curtis) and Everett Carter (Johnna); and his grandchildren, Lindsey Brizendine (Becky), Adam Brizendine (Kris), Lauren Cobb (Jason), Austen Carter and Kristen Burnette (Tyler). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
