It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Garrett Scanlan of West Point, Virginia, who passed away on July 10, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Hugh Scanlan; her daughter Jennifer Muddrick; and her granddaughter Abigail Muddrick. She is survived by: her sisters, Dawn Baldwin (Richard) and Linda Long; and her nephew Taylor (Alec Baldwin).
