She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roscoe Witherspoon and Bertie Witherspoon; her boyfriend George Sears; her children, Gerald "Scott" Carlton (Cindy) of Newton, VA, Sherri Carlton Deal (John) of Bumpass, VA, Shelly Johnson Overturf (Casey) of Brockport, PA and Ricky Sears (Robin) of Mattaponi, VA.; her grandchildren, Aaron Carlton (Mindy), Dillon Carlton (Kay), Zachery Deal (Courtney), John "Alex" Deal (Candace), Cody Overturf (Shelbie), Kayla Overturf and David Sears; and her great grandchildren, Finley Carlton, Everly Deal, Nolan Deal, Blakelee Overturf, Kynslee Overturf and Brantley Sears.
