She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Lewis (Betty Jo) and Joey Lewis (Mary); her siblings, Bill, Clarence, Jo Tinsmen (Jim) and Ruby White; her grandchildren, Ronald Lewis, Jr. (Kelly), Mack Lewis, Curtis Lewis, Paul Lewis (Katie Mae), Marijo Lewis, Samantha Lewis, Lisa Lewis, Joey Wayne Lewis and Michell Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Waylon, Jase, Levi, Hailee of Tessa Mae, A. J., Serena and Maddie.
