He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Arthur Smith and Elsie Mae Garten Smith; and his grandsons, Brock Tomlinson and Jakeb Bernoski. He is survived by: his wife Hilda Smith; his children, Cheryl Bernoski (James), Andrea Tomlinson, Brenda Johnston (Harry), Denise Langerud-Perry (Jim), Steven Langerud (Julianne) and Bryan Langerud (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Terry, Jeromie, Jocelyn, Casey, Christina, Jamison, Ashley, Chance, Shane and Spence. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, and numerous friends and extended family.
