He is survived by: his wife Debbie (Young); his children, Peter T. Cook (Cathy) of Frankford, IL and Dr. Kristin D. Cook (Adam Boozer); his grandchildren, Hannah, Eleanor, Koal, Declan, Liam and Kaitlin; his mother-in-law Eleanor P. Young of Elkridge, MD; his siblings, Richard (Trish), Steven (Cindy), Valerie, Beverly (Robert Cramer), Carolyn (Ben Foose) and Maureen Cook; and his daughters, Kim Lant and Heather Ireland.
