He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bill, Ray and Mac. He is survived by: his wife Anne Spangler; his children, Charles Spangler (Catherine), Sam Spangler (Celeste) and Elley Kelly (Rick); and his grandchildren, Emily (Giovanni Esposito), Noah, Ally, Hewson, Carter and Mallory.
