She was predeceased by: her parents, Meredith Lewis and Pearl Lewis (Hall); and her brothers, Ira Lewis and Phillip Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Richard Packett, Gayle Packett and Valerie Deitz (David); her sisters, Ethel L. Bryant, Sarah Andrews, Virginia L. Ashburn and Joan Gontkovic (Joe); and her grandchildren, Jaime Hanks and Jason Deitz (Shelley). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
