He is survived by: his wife Velma Vicars (Bellamy); his children, Roma Thomas, Rose Qwin, Ruth Smith, Crystal Vicars Pugh, Mary Beth Matlock (Bryon), Jerry Vicars and Jeff Jennings (Janice); his siblings, Imogene Ramey, Margaret Dean (Paul), Rachel Vicars, Jim Vicars (Linda), Ronald Vicars (Peggy) and Mark Vicars; and his grandsons, John Matlock, Clark Sigmund and Joshua Sigmund. He is also survived by several grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
