We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2024, at the age of 87, Teddy Ralph Fraley of Weber City, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis Fraley and Ercil Gray Fraley; his sisters, Virginia Kilgore (Oferell), Alma Dougherty (Junior), Ann Vicars (Paul) and Sue Fraley; and his nephews, Winfred Dougherty, Michael Dougherty and Terry Kilgore.
He is survived by: his brothers, Billy N. Fraley (Sue Ann) and Sammy W. Fraley (Elsie).
