She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra D. Quillen and Lottie Hobbs Quillen; her husband Kenneth Wayne Whiten; and her siblings, Venus Blankenbeckler, James "Buddy" Quillen and Jackie Ray Quillen.
She is survived by: her children, Leah Ann Qualls (Jeff), Stephen A. Whiten (Shirley) and Greg W. Whiten (Donna); her grandchildren, Missy Munsey, John Jacob Whiten, Alisha Whiten, Kacy Brandt, Carrie Whiten, Kyle Qualls, Kaitlyn Bowen and Bailey Qualls; her sister Betty Lawson; and her siblings-in-law, Buford Blankenbeckler, Judy Brooks and Delores Whiten. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.
