She was predeceased by: her mother Emma Sue Parsons; and her grandmother Rosie Lee Gillenwater. She is survived by: her husband David Starnes; her children, Charity Akers, Mashara Hensley, David Allen Starnes, Jr., Theresa and Derek Starnes (Erricka); her grandchildren, Brittany Akers, Payton Sword, Madison Parlier, Cadence Hensley, Carrie Hensley, Raelynn Hensley, Mia Starnes, Olivia Nevarez, Bennett Starnes, Hannah Kelliher, Erycka Kelliher and Aubrey Smith; and her father Charles G. Gillenwater. She is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Everyone planning to attend the services are asked to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
