She was predeceased by: her parents, William Shell and Lily Mae Shell (Vermillion); her husband Grover Madison Tate; her grandson Todd Sturm; her great grandchild Jarom Farr; her siblings, Nancy Johnson (Shell), Jean Bray (Shell), Wanda McConnell (Shell), Everett Shell, Charles Shell, Eddie Shell and Harold Shell; and her son-in-law Ralph Wallin.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Wallin (Tate), Linda Sturm (Brent), Cathy Holland (Dennis) and Gerald (Pat); and her siblings-in-law, Wenonah Shell (Cornett), Sue Moiser (Tate), Robert McConnell and Billy Reynolds (Mary Clabaugh). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 30 plus great grandchildren, numerous great- great grandchildren.
