She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Boyd Sawyer and Grace Mae Pendleton Sawyer; her siblings, James Sawyer, Johnny Sawyer, Tommy Sawyer, Sr., Rufus Sawyer, Ina Pike and Mary Brickey; and her children, Barbara Denise Ryan and James Wesley Ryan.
She is survived by: her husband Darrell J. Ryan; her son Lesley "Les" Ryan; her grandchildren, April Buckner, Shaina Gunter and Kiki Presley; her sisters, Elsie Begley and Alice McConnell (James); and her close friends, James McConnell, Norman Sawyer, Matthew Barnes, David Turner, Billy Booker, Ronald Collier, Dewey and Linda Ryan. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
