She was predeceased by: her husband Dean Ramey; her parents, Dewey "Junior" and Iwilda Carnes; her brothers, Charles Calton, Jimmy and Gene "Marshall" Calton; and her sister-in-law Ella Faye Calton.
She is survived by: her siblings, Georgia Carnes of Pennington Gap, VA, Jesse Calton of Pennington Gap, VA and Sammy Carnes of St. Charles; her nephew Craig Else; her nieces, Elishea Calton of Pennington Gap, VA and Melinda Calton of Woodway, VA; and also Kathleen Huff.
Due to covid-19 state regulations, those attending the visitation and funeral are asked to wear masks/facial covering. Social distancing guidelines will also be in place.
