He was predeceased by: his brother Emerson C. Williams; and his parents-in-law, Kermit and Virgie Jessee. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jessee Williams; his daughter Rhonda Bausell (Greg); his grandson Wesley Bausell (Melanie); his brother-in-law Larry Jessee; his sisters, Peggy Hammond (Lonnie) and Betty Darnell (Gerald Faye); his sister-in-law Barbara Kitty Williams; and his nephews, Michael Hammond, Bobby Hammond and Jonathan Hammond. He is also survived by family members, friends, and church family members.
