He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Clinton Barr. He is survived by: his mother Linda Barr; his son Timothy "Tim" Barr; his sister Mary Dockery (Tony); and his close friends, Thomas and Lou Lovell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Colonial Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
