Jan Rose Phelps Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jan Rose Phelps of Weber City, Virginia, who passed away on May 2, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Jan Rose farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jan Rose is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her husband Sebern Fred Phelps; her parents, Fred B. Dickerson and Elizabeth Dickerson (Freeman); and her sister Vivian Farley. She is survived by: her children, Dolores Gilliam (Darrell), Donna Riner (David) and Doug Larkins (Jamie); and her caregivers, Robin Jessee and Phelps.
