He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Wade and Harold; and his siblings, James Wade, Tony Wade, Calvin Wade and Ella Mae Wade.
He is survived by: his children, Brandi Broadwater, Amber Peters, Sheila Flores, Allen Flores and Phillip Flores; his grandchildren, Winter, Peyton Broadwater, Katie, Cody Flores, Colin Puryear and Keyran Peters; his great grandchild Kenzie Flores; and his sisters, Billie Page and Emma Lou "Susie" Tipton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Colonial Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.
