He is survived by: his daughter Kaylee Fields; his siblings, Tina Coleman (Dennis), Cyndi Bourne (George), Brenda Fields, Eric Simpson (Jersey), Scott Fields (Pam), Michael Fields, Anthony Henry Fields and Greg Fields (Mary Alice); and his close friend Teddy Pendleton.
