Charlotte Carter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Carter of Weber City, Virginia, who passed away on August 8, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Gilliam and Margaret Williams Gilliam; and her sisters, Eula Price, Betty Poff and Kathy Williams.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Bowen and Donna Blankenship (Russell); her grandchildren, Jared Bowen (Kaitlyn) and Jill Bowen Tuttle (Matt); her great grandchildren, Jordan Tuttle, Wrenley Bowen and Jace Tuttle; her brothers, Bob Gilliam (Judy) and Bill Gilliam (Janet); her cousin Phyllis Spivey; and her close friends, Edna Carter and Nancy Christian.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of ones choice.
