He was predeceased by: his parents, Dupree Keith and Verda McConnell Keith; and his siblings, James Keith, Esther Porter, Nanalee Carter and Fern Light.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Addington Keith; his sons, Kendal (Edna), Michael Sr. (Debra) and Roger (Karen); his siblings, Mary Ellen Hamilton (Gary), Sue Dillow, Elizabeth Jennings and Bill (Edna); his brother-in-law Allen Addington; his grandchildren, Michael Jr. (Hannah), Cody, Corey (Mercedes), Kaylee and Anna; and his great grandchildren, Izaak, Kaiden and Jaxon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
