We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2023, at the age of 97, Calvin Lewis Dean (Weber City, Virginia), born in Olive Hill, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Dean and Mary Lou Dean (Owens); his wife Nora Leon Dean; and his brothers, Elbert Dean, Rodgers Dean and Lloyd Dean.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Barb Mencke of Cleveland, OH; his son Gary Maness (Carolyn) of Rogersville, TN; his sister-in-law Shirley Dean of Cleveland, OH; his grandchildren, Tabitha Salyer, Nathan Maness, Jennifer Bowman, Candice Mencke and Willie Mencke; and his nieces and nephews, Toni Perk, Allison Whickham, Rory Dean and Rian Dean. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
