He is survived by: his significant other Pops; his children, Katie, Emily and Bradley; his close friend Dr. Cindy Harrison; his sisters, Lynda Wingate (Tom) and Barbara Blevins (Marty); his nieces and nephews, Lauren Cassell, Alisha Blevins, Eric Wingate and Derek Blevins; his great-nephew Miles Castiglia; his cousin Connie Wardrup; and his sister Teresa Ford (Susie).
