She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlie Moore and Lena Vee Vaughn Moore; her husband Jay Blake; her brother Harlie Newton Moore Junior; and her nieces, Lesa McDonald Rose and Karen Wood Underwood.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Blake of Kingsport, TN and Travis Blake (Courtney Brame) of Nashville, TN; her stepson Clark Blake of Columbus, OH; her granddaughters, Ivy and Erin Brame-Blake of Nashville; her sisters, Janis Rowell of Platte City, MO, Margaret Wood of Gray, TN, Margie Hale of Gray, TN and Helen Hughes of Afton, TN; and her sister-in-law Patsy Barnes of Crab Orchard, TN. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
