She was predeceased by: her parents, Hollie Ford and Rose Ella Ford; her son Gregory Todd Stacy; her husband Billy Stacy; and her brother Ronald Bruce Ford.
She is survived by: her nephews, Stevie Ford (Janet) of Ardmore, AL and Mike Ford (Marguerite) of Bettendorf, IA; her sisters-in-law, Tena Ford, Mary Rhoton, Doris Sandidge, Phyllis Mabe and Brenda McFarland; her close friends, Rhonda, Darrell Greear, Chris Warwick and Wil Allen; and her brothers, Gary Gerhardt, Mitch Russell and Garry Stuart.
The family would like to thank all those who so generously loved on Faye during the challenging stages of Parkinson's disease.
