He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Roe; his children, Thomas Matthew Roe, Jennifer of Erwin, TN, David Hughes, Ronald Hughes, Rhonda Wade, Anthony of Rosedale, VA and Robin Stacey; his grandchildren, Jason Akers, Arthur Thomas Roe, III, Megan Delk, Kyle, Maria Delk, Mark, Alyssa Wade, Lester, Austin Wade, Caleb Hughes, Adam and Christine Burke; and his sister Joyce Bease of Virginia Beach, VA.. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
