Lowdermilk (Wendy); his stepchildren, Donna Davis (Ike) and Robbie Southall (Kim); and his siblings, John Lowdermilk (Betty), Sarah ElAyoubi (Hassan) and Amy Payne (Mark). He is also survived by many cousins, grandchildren, nephews, and a niece.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the McDow Funeral Home (1701 W Main St, Waynesboro, VA 22980).
