Kiser; his sons, Jeffrey Stephen Kiser (Daintry) of Snohomish, WA, David Michael Kiser (Vickie) of Stephens City and Mark Cummings Kiser of Capon Bridge; his sister-in-law Carol Kiser of Martinsville, Virginia; his grandchildren, Brian Michael Kiser (Katherine) of Rhode Island and Jennifer Kiser McCay (Brandon) of Stephenson, Virginia; and his great grandchildren, Cameron Cassiano, Chloe Cassiano, Carter McCay and Olive Kiser. He was also cherished by two nieces and three nephews.
