He was predeceased by: his parents, William Loyd Stiteler, Sr. and Ruby Stiteler (Miller); and his wife Nancy Lee Hughson Stiteler. He is survived by: his children, Hugh (Melanie) of Waynesboro, VA and Lynn of Waynesboro; his grandson Jason (Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Luci, Mila, Koda and Iva Bea of Charlottesville.
