He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren H. Williams, Sr. and Mamie Williams (Campbell); his siblings, James T. Williams and Sarah Lee Terrell; and his daughter-in-law Sylvia Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Williams (Price); his children, Warren A. Williams, Mary Williams (Gary O.), Michael Williams (Kelly) and Judy Moyers (Gary); his grandchildren, Shane Williams (Brandy), Wendy Roberson (Greg), Joseph Nelson, Angela Easton (Doug), Christina Lucas (Matt), Travis Moyers (Jessica) and Melissa Shifflett (Chris); his great grandchildren, Dakota Williams, Logan Roberson, Sampson Lucas, Easton Shifflett, Tucker Moyers and Emberlyn Shifflett; his brother-in-law Lewis Price (Dottie); his friend Williamsburg; and also, John Warner, Pam Fake, Josh Brown and Jason Brown. He is also survived by Four step grandchildren and four step great grandchildren.
