She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hampton Carper and Blanche Weaver Carper; her husband William Russell Fleshman; and her siblings, Richard, Charles Jr. Carper, Ellen Long and Catherine Booth.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Fleshman (Barbara) of Hendersonville, NC and Connie Fleshman Shrader (Tim) of Waynesboro, VA; her grandchildren, Jeff Fleshman (Melissa) of Dallas, TX, Elizabeth Fleshman of Asheville, NC, Jennifer Shrader of Stuarts Draft, VA and Jesse Shrader (Allie) of Woodstock, VA; and her great grandchildren, Patrick Cyhanick of Stuarts Draft, VA, Everett, Cora and Vienna Fleshman of Dallas, TX.. She is also survived by two nephews and two nieces.
