Foley Jr. (Waynesboro, Virginia), born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 8, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Joseph Foley, Sr. and Ethel Foley (Krajczer); and his wife Jean Marie Foley. He is survived by: his daughters, Patti Mathena (Richard), Cori Hill (Paul "Chip") and Kristin Foley; and his grandchildren, Pierce, Paige Mathena, Savannah Hill and Gracyn McVey (Christopher).
