She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo H. Lafferty and Rosalie B. Lafferty; her husband Joseph S. Mize, Jr.; and her brothers, Charles Lafferty and Leo Lafferty, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, David S. Mize, Tony Mize and Dixie Patterson; her grandchildren, Silina Mize, Mason Patterson and Autumn Evans; her great grandchildren, Pearl Blair, Novah Vest, Wrenley Patterson and Kenden Powell; and her sister Jean Swink.
