It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Skylar Logan Hawke of Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on April 3, 2022, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, George and Eleanor Hawke. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Daniel Hawke and Donna Marie Hawke; her son Conner Edward Hawke; her siblings, Rachel Marie Hawke and Trevor Alexander Hawke; her aunts, Eileen Niksa and Martha Ann Hawke; her cousin Stephen Edward Niksa; her niece Rayanne Elizabeth Thurston; her nephews, Brandon Lawrence Skillman, Devin Lee Thurston and Zachary Wesley Thurston; her great-niece Aubriella Noelle Skillman; and the father of her child Blake Groah. She is also survived by animals and leaves behind her two cats.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests all memorial contributions be made to the FOXG1 Foundation for a Cure in honor of her son at foxg1research.org.
