It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley N. Shinaberry of Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Lee Null and Lona Gladys Null (Jackson); her daughter Audrey Leigh Meadows Diacont; her siblings, James, Cecil, Clyde, Don and Jane; and her grandson Casey Shinaberry.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Shinaberry; her children, Robin Ann Roylance (Gordon), Eastel H. "Hal" Meadows, Jr. (Marilyn) and Cindy Stone (Gary); her stepsons, Eddie (Rhonda), Rickie (Tammy), Jim Jr. (Jessie) and Donnie Shinaberry; and her brother Charles Null (Dot). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
Social-distancing and mask-wearing protocols will be observed at all events, according to current COVID-19 guidelines.
