It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Jean Segan (Waynesboro, Virginia), who passed away on May 24, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Alvin and Agnes Snow (Dickerson); her siblings, Edward Snow, Harold Snow and Shirley Marshall (Snow); her son-in-law Ron Miller; and her stepson David S. Segan, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Charlie P. Smallwood of Port Republic, Vicki A. Spencer (Paul) of Manchester, TN and Mitzi L. Miller of Waynesboro; her grandchildren, Jaimie Spencer, Abbie Wallace and Anna Grundhoefer; her great grandchildren, Nathan Wallace and Joseph Wallace; her stepdaughter Shelly Segan of Charlottesville; and her pets, Shipoke and Sissy.
