It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Felts (Waynesboro, Virginia), who passed away on March 1, 2020, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father James Stewart Felts; and his grandparents, Jack and Mary Baylor. He is survived by: his mother Jane Baylor Lucas; his stepfather Neil Randall Lucas; his stepbrother Brian Lucas (Sarah Lucas) of Greenville; his aunts and uncles, Tom, Ellen Brannock of Stuarts Draft, Jack and Elizabeth Meredith of Virginia Beach; and his cousins, Heather Ream (Matthew Ream) of New Hope, Erin Tinaro (Philip Tinaro) of Virginia Beach and Kelly Meredith of Chesapeake.
