She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Southwell and Eileen Mae Butler (Cook). She is survived by: her children, Bill Penny (Sharon) of Waynesboro, Shannon Moses (Calvin) of Ruckersville and Kelly Penny of Stuarts Draft; and her grandchildren, Kacey Brown (Daniel), Joshua Penny (Hannah), Daniel Penny (Brittney) and Jacob Penny (Katie). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
