He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Martin and Kathleen Martin; his significant other Carolyn Sue Ford Martin; and his brother Robert Martin. He is survived by: his daughter Denise Stevens (Steve); his grandchildren, Renea Carter (Mike) and Michael Stevens (Kecia); and his great grandchildren, Derek, Angel, Aaron, Michelle, Colten, Trisha and Ayden. He is also survived by four siblings, a number of in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
