He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Ann Oscar (Corbin) of Craigsville; and his grandparents, Walter, Mary Oscar, James "Nootz" and Beulah Corbin.
He is survived by: his father Elmer Thomas Oscar; his wife Tracy Oscar (McCutcheon) of Waynesboro; his siblings, William "Bill" Oscar of Fishersville and Sandy Oscar Sprouse (Randy) of Craigsville; and his nieces and nephews, Kristi, Jennifer, Lisa, Cassandra, Allison of Barry and Jake.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Augusta Health Hospice of the Shenandoah, the American Cancer Society, or to the family to offset funeral expenses.
