He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob W. Parnell and Dolly Parnell Zimmerman (Mize); his spouse Miss Peggy Ann Anderson; and his siblings, Nina P. Brydge, Margaret P. Hudson and Rudolph C. Zimmerman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela P. Hevener (Reginald) of Staunton and Kimberly Orebaugh of Mt. Sidney; his grandchildren, Margaret H. Hall (Aaron) of Crimora, Jonathon R. Orebaugh (Tonya) of Mt. Sidney, Caroline E. Hevener (Tess) of Fort Worth and Hunter R. Orebaugh (Dreama) of Verona; and his great grandchildren, Conor J. Brady, Olivia R. Brady, Olivia A. Hall, Addison L. Hall, Jacob R. Orebaugh, Emma F. Orebaugh, Sierra M. Orebaugh and Lilly L. Orebaugh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
