Ray Paul Lafferty Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Paul Lafferty of Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on September 29, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Lafferty and Ina Virginia Downs Lafferty; his wife Shirley Mae Sheets Lafferty; his siblings, Francis Burns, Leo Lafferty Sr., James Lafferty and Wallace Lafferty; and his daughter-in-law Carol Morgal Lafferty.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary Lafferty of Palmyra and Michael Lafferty of Staunton; and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Armstrong, Jo Ann Sheets and Richard Bibb. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
