It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Hill Stephens (Waynesboro, Virginia), who passed away on April 2, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband William Stephens; and her daughters, Marilyn Stephens and Carolyn Stephens. She is survived by: her son Mark Stephens; her siblings, Bonita Tyler and Charles Tyler; her nieces, Sherry Shields and Kimberly Sossomon; her cousin Dolores Kerns; and her great-niece Rachel Isak-Peer.
