It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Randall Forehand of Waynesboro, Virginia, born in South Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip W. Forehand and Vera Dare Forehand (Swanner). He is survived by: his wife Judy Forehand of Waynesboro; his children, Jonathan "J. D." and Leigh Anne Hagwood (Geff) of Forest, VA; his grandchildren, Kellan Rice (Jon), Graham Hagwood, Milah Hagwood, Athan Forehand, Randall Forehand, Taylor Vest, Ava Forehand and Penelope Forehand; and his siblings, Frank Forehand (Joyce) of Toana, VA and Barbara Amos of Atlanta, GA..
