It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Bixby of Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Norma may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Norma touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Augusta Memorial Park (1775 Old Goose Crk Rd, Waynesboro, VA 22980).
