Mary Elizabeth Glass Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Elizabeth Glass of Waynesboro, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 31, 2024 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Raymond Glass and Patricia Booker (Kennedy). She is survived by: her children, William Glass of Waynesboro, MaKayla Glass (Anthony Tronco) of AltaVista and Stacey Glass of Mineral; her brother RayMond Glass, Sr. of Afton; her nephew Roy Glass (Jennifer); her great-niece Willow Glass; her nephew Raymond Glass, Jr. (Lora); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sybil and Juniper Glass.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hebron Baptist Church (66 Tanbark Dr, Afton, VA 22920).
